LeadSMART

Build emotional intelligence, Become a better leader, transform your workplace culture, and drive your team’s & organization’s results. LeadSMART™ is an interactive board and card game designed to help leaders and teams strengthen the core competencies of emotional intelligence in Leadership using the proprietary SOAR Model™ by Dr. Osaz. Through powerful, engaging conversations, players gain self-awareness, understand others, master self-regulation, and build robust relationships that foster high-trust, high-performance environments. Unlike ordinary board games that focus primarily on entertainment and winning, LeadSMART™️ uses gameplay as a learning experience. Participants answer thought-provoking questions, share real-life experiences, reflect on their behaviours, learn from one another, and identify practical actions they can apply in their personal and professional lives. The central question behind the game is: "What will you do differently?" LeadSMART™️ is not a test of who is the most emotionally intelligent person in the room. It provides a structured opportunity for people to practise smarter choices in realistic leadership situations.
